Description
This plant is what is known as poinsettia. What is prominent in this plant is actually its leaves which is the bright red long broad parts, not its flowers, which are yellow and are mostly hidden from view. At the background are a large palm tree and the Development Academy of the Philippines. (date: 2005-03-01)
