On July 14th, 2009, I entered into a settlement agreement with the original Plaintiff who sued me in 2005 for defamation, resulting in my dismissing them from this lawsuit. That party has waived attorney-client privilege with Morgan Smith and Boris Parker. I have also agreed not to use their corporate name on this website, or the name of the owner of the corporation. Consequently, the Complaint, court orders, and other documents provided on this website will usually be redacted versions which omit that party's name.
