description
Carmen is a busy town and is a favorite stop over point of travelers to Baguio City. Shown here is a blue tricycle. On the background are the Bank of the Philippine Islands Carmen Branch (a popular bank here in the Philippines), a 7-11 convenience store, and a Mercury Drug (popular drugstore in the Philippines). Tricycles are a popular public transport. A 4 km ride could cost a quarter.
