description
You are looking west on Old Main Street from near 3rd Avenue Southeast. This is an historic flour milling district, with the Mississippi River and St. Anthony's Falls just behind the trees at left.
The Stone Arch Bridge Festival of the Arts was going on when this photo was taken. It's an annual art festival and car show held on Father's Day.
