The congestion in Bacoor, Cavite’s main road has been a constant problem to motorists taking this road. Traffic jams are common, most especially during rush hours at 7:00-9:00 a.m. when passengers are either going to school or to work, and at 5:00-7:00 p.m. when they are going home.
