description

You are looking southwest from Cedar and Riverside. The 400 Bar is on the opposite corner. Global Village is to it's left. Behind them both are the Riverside Plaza high-rise apartment buildings.

the high rise apt buildings in the picture are where mary richards lived after she moved out of her house on lake of the isles on the mary tyler moore show. they've changed a lot since they're high-class beginnings - a cousin of my dad's used to live there in a teeny studio for $800/mo in the early eighties.

I wish these buildings would be torn down. All they are is a stepping stone for trouble.
