You are looking southwest down 3rd Avenue north, from 2nd Street. The renovated building on the right is the former Colonial Warehouse. I believe it's home to Moose & Sadie's Coffee shop.

The Colonial Warehouse Building - my favorite Warehouse District building - is indeed home to Moose & Sadie's coffee house, one of the coolest places to hang out in the city.

Its also home to "The house of balls" that is a really odd place. They will park their cars outside in the summer and create a traffic problem with all of the people stopping to look at them.
I used to live at Heritage Landing which is just east over the tracks from this place.
