You are looking northeast at what use to be the North Star Blankets building. It appears to have been converted into residential property(housing). The building on the right is being renovated as well. The work developing Mill Ruins Park has been started on the other side of these buildings.

Does anyone know the name of the apartment buildings on the back side of this building. I saw them from the river and would like to look into renting/owning there.

can i state the opinion that this is really not the warehouse district, but rather the mill district? i think of the warehouse district of 'north of hennepin' this is definitely not.

Hennepin Ave runs to the north and south. the area you are talking about is to the west of Hennepin ave and south of Washington ave. right ???
