You are on Hennepin Avenue a few feet south of the intersection with Lake Street(the sign is in the background on the right). The Uptown Art Fair is going on, and the van with the extended antenna belongs to KSTP TV(channel 5).
Several Minneapolis Police officers were on hand. I regret not asking them to pose for me, I assume they would probably have obliged.
