You are looking south at an entrance to Pillsbury Hall. This is the east end of the building. It was built before 1900, and I assume was one of the first large buildings on campus. Pillsbury was instrumental in founding the University, and is behind the food service conglomerate of the same name.

commentsBridget Andover -- 2003-07-16 I keep looking for a before & after picture of Pilsbury before they cleaned they building. Jennifer Comeau -- 2005-04-05 Pillsbury Hall was built at the same time as Folwell Hall. They are the second oldest buildings on campus. Post a comment on this picture | |
