commentsDon Stremski St Paul -- 2005-04-11 This caption is not correct. In the foreground of this picture is the Betsy Northrup, which is a party barge that can be coupled together with the Anson Northrup, a mock-sidewheeler paddleboat. The tug to the right of the Betsy can also be used to propel her. All three vessels are owned and operated by the Paddleford Packet Boat Company, Port of St. Paul. Post a comment on this picture | |
