You are on Nicollet and 5th Street South. This was the NSP(Northern States Power) building for decades, but they changed their name to Xcel Energy (the Xcel Center arena, where the Minnesota Wild play, is in downtown St.Paul). In the right background is the downtown Minneapolis Public Library.
