You are on the Franklin Avenue Bridge looking northwest over the Mississippi River. The Moos Tower and Fairview-University Medical Center are at center frame; they are part of the the University of Minnesota east bank campus. The downtown skyline is just out of frame to the left.
The bridge up ahead is Interstate 94. In the lower-right, a crew team from the U of M is practicing.
