description
This is the grand entrance to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, which faces 24th Street between 3rd Avenue and Stevens Avenue South.
There is a festival going on to celebrate the completion of the Frank Lloyd Wright Bridge, which carries 3rd Avenue across Interstate 94 on the way to downtown.
The two women in white on stilts are performers from the group "Chicks on Sticks".
