You are looking west from Lake Street and Lyndale Avenue South (an area known as "Lyn-Lake"). This is the beginning of the Art Car Parade, part of the Greenway Parade of the Arts. An RV with "Miss Richfield" riding on top is just left of center-frame.
This event begins on Lake Street before moving to the Midtown Greenway just one block north. The event is held on the 4th of July and is organized by Intermedia Arts.
