You are looking north up Hennepin Avenue South. The intersection at bottom frame is 5th Avenue. In the background at right center frame is the beginning of the Hennepin Avenue suspension bridge. This carries Hennepin from downtown over the Mississippi River to Nicollet Island. On the far lower-left is the edge of the Schubert Theater.
