description
You are on LaSalle between 9th and 10th Streets, looking northeast at buildings on Nicollet Mall. The construction pit in the midground is for Target Inc's offices. The building at center of the frame is the Medical Arts Building. The tan building to it's right is the Young Quinlan building. On the left is the brand new US Bank building, which replaced the Conservatory.
The tan pinnacle in shadow(right of center frame) is the Foshay Tower. When built ca.1930 it was the tallest building in the city, and the first skyscraper. links
