You are looking northwest at Brownie Lake from the Cedar Lake Parkway railroad overpass. The 5 or 6 kyakers in the lake just came through the tunnel connecting with Cedar Lake, which is behind you. I-394 is beyond the trees and the building in the background.

Brownie Lake is at the lower-right. At center frame, an overpass is being built. It will carry Cedar Lake Parkway(on the right) and Theodore Wirth Parkway(on the left) over the highway.
