They refused to pay the licensing fee, and when I
wrote about it on this website, they sued me for defamation.
I filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against them
in federal court over their use of my photo.
A trial on each side's claims
was held Nov. 5th and 6th, 2007, resulting in
a verdict in my favor. This webpage chronicles
the evidence, legal issues,
and collection of the judgment.
