This is the harbor or bay between Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. I believe this boat, the Northern Star, gives harbour cruises.

    That's the Star Ferry, and it takes you from Kowloon over to Hong Kong Island. I don't remember it giving tours of the harbor, but it could.
