This is one of the SUN terminals at the Minneapolis Technical Training Academy (MTTA). I photographed the facility for the organization's director, Keith Hammond. It folded shortly after opening when the school district canceled their contract with the school.
This was a contract alternative school with a focus on technology. It had new SUN terminals with flat panel monitors at every desk (like the one pictured above). According to the Star Tribune, many vendors were unpaid and withholding taxes for teachers were not paid. The high school was eventually evicted from this facility. commentsPost a comment on this pictureThis page last modified:2002-06-26 | |
