description

This is the interior of the new Jitters Cafe. It was originally located on Nicollet Mall between 10th and 11th Streets, until that block was demolished for the new Target headquarters. It's now on East Hennepin near University Avenue SE. The Times Bar and Cafe, which was near Jitters on Nicollet Mall, also relocated to this space; the Times is on ground level and Jitters is in the basement. They have a full menu now, with a wait staff and live music most nights.

    I love Jitters and I especially enjoy Ben Wilinski on Tuesday nights. He fits in well at Jitters and is a real talent.

    Love Jitters!!! Love Erin Schwab...we need her back on Fridays and Saturdays...big mistake not to have her on Saturdays....the reason why we go there!!!

    I am addicted to Friday nights with Erin Schwab. She is the greatest thing to hit this city in a while. She should definatly play on Saturdays as well. And yes, the drinks are to die for (esp. the Limone Cosmo) I can't help sharing how great this place is with everyone, but mostly I hope they don't come so I can have it to myself!

    I used to go to Jitters alot, at their old location, when I worked downtown. I LOVED the kitschy lamps on all the tables. I don't see them in this photo. That makes me sad...

    Jitters just isn't the same as the gritty Nicollet Mall location. Very sad.
