You are looking west from one of the footbridges over Washington Avenue near Northrop Mall. The entrance to the Washington Avenue bridge is at center frame. It has two levels, the top being for pedestrian traffic. The downtown skyline is in the background at center frame. On the far right is the side of Koltoff Hall. Coffman Union is to your left, out of frame.
