You are on the plaza above the Walker Library at Hennepin Avenue S and Lagoon. This view is looking southeast during the Uptown Art Fair(the white tents are artist's booths). The giant steel "R" and "Y" on the right are the last part of the word "LIBRARY". Williams Pub is across the street on the left, and the Uptown McDonalds is at center frame. The marquee for the Uptown Theater is at the upper-right.
