You are on the second level of the Mall of America, near the center of West Market. This view is looking southwest at the KSTP broadcast center. This round, sort of a spire feature, is only on the West Market side of the mall. This may initially help one get lost, but if you learn to associate the features with the side of the mall they go on(the east side has the Rotunda, for example), they aid in orienting yourself.
