You are on a landing on the west side of Minnehaha Falls in Minnehaha Park. This is the upper portion of the falls, when the water was running strong. The footbridge over the creek is visible in the upper-left(there is a person walking to the right on the bridge).

    I think Minehaha is one of the greatest places to take a walk around I just love it there and this picture captures a lot of the beauty there.
