You are on Main Street Southeast during the American Family Fourth of July celebration(the name comes from sponsorship by American Family Insurance). The 3rd Avenue Bridge is in the background.

This is two pictures side-by-side of a bald eagle brought from the University of Minnesota's raptor center. After the first picture, at left, the bird looked right into the camera for the second picture.
