description

This man is a vendor along the streets of Pangasinan. He wears on his head a white towel popularly known as "good morning" (brand name). Chicharon is a cracker popular here in the Philippines. It is actually the skin of a pig sliced thinly and fried to a crispy brown texture. It is eaten with spiced vinegar. This may cost around half a dollar to a dollar per half a kilo.
