These people are living at the market of Tagaytay which is a popular tourist spot here in the Philippines. It is located about an hour drive from Manila. These people are making living by selling fruits which is one of the specialty products of this place.
commentsJuanita Gorgonia Glendale, CA -- 2008-07-03 Socioeconomic status shows when people have wealth and money. Tagaytay is not where poor people are supposed to stay. It is a tourist spot. Karl Manila -- 2008-08-08 Tagaytay is not where there suppose to stay because it's a tourist spot? What are you an idiot! These people would do anything to live in some fancy house or live in Glendale, California like you Juanita but they don't have a choice! Get off your high horse lady! Also, Tagaytay is a city, by definition, people live in a city. Roxy North Hills, CA -- 2008-08-17 Way to go Karl, and yes, she is clueless and an idiot! Juanita, you shouldn’t think that way because you are living a good life in Glendale. If you were on their shoes, what are you going to do? They want to make a living and trying to survive! You want to eject these people because Tagaytay is a tourist spot! I don’t get the point. Hey, wake up and don’t be such a snut! Post a comment on this picture | |
