This is a jeepney -- the most common form of public transport in the Philippines -- in front of Equitable PCI Bank on Makati Avenue in Manila, the Philippines.
In my own experience, the Equitable PCI Bank branches in Angeles City cannot conduct credit card transactions, despite offering this service. 50% or more of the time they refuse to provide funds from a credit card due to their "line being down". They told me they use PLDT, so I suggested they use someone more reliable. commentsPost a comment on this pictureThis page last modified:2005-02-26 | |
