Chris, heh, I can't help but say this....but you don't want to know what those cottages go for. >:-{)}
SoCal is lovely...especially around the greater San Diego area...but OHHHH, the cost of real estate will turn your hair grey. I'll bet you had yourself a fantastic time there nonetheless. I know I say it everytime I pop onto this site, and post a comment, but I just love this webpage. I visit it at home and on my quiet moments at work. I grew up in Minnesota, and just loved the cities.
