This is the old Cedar Avenue Bridge, over the Mississippi River in Bloomington.

This is actually the minnesota river.

This section of bridge crosses Long Meadow Lake which is a backwater of the Minnesota River. The bridge was still open to bikers and walkers until about 2003 or 2004 when it was closed to even foot traffic.
