You are looking east from the 19th Avenue Ramp on the U of M West Bank campus. The Social Science building is the tower on the left; on the far right is the Wilson Library. The Humphrey Center is in the foreground. I'm not sure about the tower at center frame.

The center tower is Heller Hall. You are looking at one of the best examples of lifeless facist architecture in the USA.
