description
You are at Lake Street and Lyndale Avenue during the Art Car Parade, part of the Greenway Parade of the Arts. This vehicle covered in cork reads "Cork Truck" on the front bumper, and I believe the cork lady is riding on top.
After the art car parade, other events take place on the Midtown Greenway, one block north. It is held on the 4th of July and is organized by Intermedia Arts.
