This water tower is in the Prospect Park neighborhood in Minneapolis. It's on a hill near Orlin and Seymore Avenues.
Originally a functioning watertower, it was taken out of commission in the 1950s but remains as a landmark.

I lived right a cross the street form Tower hill. from 1956 to 1964
I grandma painted a picture of the witch's hat.
