This is my brother, Marc. He just his cement mixer underneath the tower behind him. It's being filled with crushed rock, cement powder, and water. The mixer is turning rapidly, mixing the ingredients into "cement".
Marc is about to fill the water tank on his truck with the water hose he's holding. Water form this tank is used to keep the cement wet. A meter in the truck cab shows the moisture content of the cement. Marc can add more water as needed, which is logged on a written record.
