This is Palm Canyon Drive, the main street in downtown Palm Springs. This view is looking west from about one or two blocks west of the Plaza Theater.

Palm Springs is such a beautiful city. If you want to really enjoy the city, go down this street (Palm) on a Thursday night. They have kind of a street fair that they shut the street down for, and it's amazing. It happens every Thursday night during the summer if I'm correct. Also, go to the new restaurant pavilion, it's called something along the lines of 'The River'. The greatest restaurants between Los Angeles and Las Vegas by far, with an awesome atmosphere.
