These are windmills on Interstate Highway 10 near Palm Springs, California. There are consistently heavy winds here, and what seems like over 1,000 windmills scattered in clusters of a hundred or more.

    Thanks for the nice picture. We drove on Hwy 10 recently, and I tried to take a picture of all the windmills, and it was too dark. I printed this out for myself. Thanks again.
